Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Pace HQ LLC’s business cloud platform (“Pace”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Pace, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
1. B2B subscription service
Pace is sold to businesses and organizations, not consumers. The organization that subscribes (“Tenant”, “you”) is responsible for its users, data, and compliance with law.
2. Tenant responsibilities
- You control who is invited to your workspace and what data is stored there.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content your users upload or process.
- You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Plans auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled. Pricing is published at pacehq.io unless a separate order form applies.
Cancellation: Cancel from Account & billing or your Stripe customer portal. Access continues through the end of the current paid period. Refund and notice terms, if any, are those shown at checkout or in your written order form.
4. Acceptable use
Use of Pace must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability and publish platform status at pacehq.io/status. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure may affect uptime.
6. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Pace platform. You retain rights in your workspace content. You grant us a limited license to host and process content solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of liability
Liability limits for the Pace service are those set out in your order form or master services agreement with Pace HQ LLC. Where no separate agreement applies, Pace’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing law
Governing law and venue are those set out in your order form or master services agreement with Pace HQ LLC.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where required, additional notice to account administrators.
